Gala dinner
Gala dinner will be held in the beautiful Matsumotoro restaurant. Matsumotoro is one of Japan’s most historical restaurants which sit in the center of Japan’s first Western-style park, Hibiya Park, and it has been in business since the park opened to the public in 1903. The owner’s wife’s grandfather was a businessman who was born in Nagasaki. He is Shokichi Umeya (1868-1943) and his best friend, Sun Yat-sen (1866-1925), the Founding Father of the Republic of China. Sun Yat-sen visited this restaurant many times.
